I've seen Mark on a number of occasions over the years when I have been struggling with my mental health. He is a kind, warm and caring psychiatrist and has my unconditional trust and faith in his care and treatment plans, which he always explains fully. His interventions are well considered and his humour is splendidly appropriate when he applies it. I consider myself very lucky and thankful to have as my psychiatrist in my times of need. In short, a lovely chap whom I thoroughly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr Slaney highly enough. I had total trust in him and his methodology. After experiencing some 'inappropriate' care at the start of my need for treatment, I subsequently transferred to seeing Dr Slaney who helped me immensely, and set me well and truly on the road to 'recovery'. I would have no hesitation in consulting with Dr Slaney should I need additional therapy in the future.

Dr Slaney was always a friendly ear to me... I always looked forward to seeing him because he always worked with me and with whatever mood I was in.. I totally trusted him.. All my appointments with Dr Slaney finished with us both smiling. I would not be in the great place I am now without his support and care.. On my last visit to Dr Slaney as I was discharged we spoke about a 90% comment on another psychiatrist... I would like put my own spin on that... for me 90% of the time he was great and the other 10% he was excellent. I am very lucky he was contacted by my doctor to help me with my mental health care.

I was with Slaney for 4 years after severe depression. He was able to build me back up from the bottom to where i am now. Slaney is personable, relates and listens to every thing you say, and always provides great feedback on the next steps to take, the actions required and always values your own opinion and feelings about it. Thanks to Slaneys attitude and true reflective and caring nature, I was able to progress to a much more stable position and view the world in a much better light. Slaney is not just a Doctor but also a Guide/Director, who helps lead you in the right direction for a positive and happy life.

I have been in therapy for over 20 years and have seen as many Psychiatrist's, but never have i come across someone as knowledgable or empathic as Dr. Mark Slaney. I know refuse to see anyone else !
